Article 2: Age Restrictions and Parental Consent
- Prohibition of Use by Minors Under 13: The Service (specifically the AI-driven image analysis function) is not available to individuals under the age of 13.
- Use by Minors Under 18: Users between the ages of 13 and 17 must obtain the prior consent of a parent or legal guardian before using this function.
- Disclaimer Regarding False Age Declaration: The Service shall not be held liable for any damages or issues arising from a user misrepresenting their age. If a false declaration is discovered, the Service may terminate the user's access without prior notice.
Article 3: Handling of Image Data and Opt-out of AI Training
- No Training on Data: Data sent to OpenAI Services through the Service will not be used to train OpenAI's AI models.
- Handling of Facial Information: The Image Data may include the user's face. By using the Service, the user acknowledges and voluntarily consents to the transmission of such data.
- Purpose of Data Transmission: Transmitted data is used solely for body composition analysis, posture checks, and the generation of personalized advice.
- Data Retention and Deletion: * Data stored on the Service's servers will be deleted after a certain period.

Article 4: Disclaimers and Non-Guarantees
- No Guarantee of Accuracy: The AI analysis results are based on probabilistic inference and do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
- Non-Medical Advice: The information provided by the Service is not intended for medical diagnosis, treatment, or prevention. If you experience any physical abnormalities, please consult a medical professional.
- Limitation of Liability: The Service shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of the analysis results, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Article 5: User Consent and Responsibility
- Users shall understand and expressly consent to all contents of these Terms before using the OpenAI integration features.
- Users utilize the Service and the results of the OpenAI integration at their own risk, except within the scope defined by the Service's mandatory legal obligations.
